I did go to the clinic yesterday after work.  My back shoulder was bothering me all day yesterday.  When I went into the clinic I really didn’t know what they would even tell me.  They kept saying their x-ray machine was not working, I don’t know if x-rays can show more than the bones, because I really don’t think anything is broken, I would have remembered an incident when that happened.  He, Tim, told me I was really tense and I needed a good massage and that he’s prescribing me some muscle relaxers, which I have been warned my people to be careful and not get addicted to.  I got in the hot tub last night and Brenden gave me a good rub down, still hurts!  I’m getting sick of this.
