Will it ever come out?

This tooth of Ryan's has been loose since September! It's barely hanging in there, and he won't let me touch it. I really don't know what the heck his deal is. He is so afraid of his tooth coming out it's ridiculous. He had a dentist appointment last week, and I really wanted them to pull it out. Oh they tried, but he freaked out and almost jumped out of the dental chair, SERIOUSLY! I want to just go pull it out in the middle of the night, but I'm afraid of him waking up. Can you believe he used to have a big gap in between those two front teeth, crazy!Here's when he lost his first tooth, it shows what his top teeth used to look like.
