Exercise

So, I’ve been doing xfit in the mornings for the past month or two, it kicks my butt but I like it.  I actually have a muscle!  It feels nice, and when I’m sore it makes me know I’m doing something good, that I’m getting a good work out in.  I’ve also been doing zumba and it’s nice to get that cardio in.  Zumba is my “fun” exercise.  I’m just getting frustrated because my gut isn’t going down at all!  I like what the scale says, but I still can’t get rid of this spare tire around my waist!  I’m not eating crap, so what the heck.  It’s hard to stay motivated when I don’t seem to be getting the results I want!
